Second Life Somayeh Week 1

Virtual World 2017

This shallow depth of field was a bit scary. I was stepping forward more and more to this mysterious place. I was not able to see light from the top.

I was surrounded by different kinds of colourful fishes. I could see different species of fishes and live plants. Such a contrast is fabulous.

Wow, there is a hidden beautiful world under the sea. These underwater creatures. Coral fishes were moving in a group, swooping, deforming and regrouping.
I was walking for a couple of minutes until I reached near the beach. I put a step into the water to go into the sea, suddenly my heart quailed! I felt down under the sea into a valley. Beauties and scares, a wooden ship has been sunk.

"Quite wonderful isn't it?" I said as I was admiring. Time was passing and I was unaware just standing immersing watching sunset. The day was going with the wind released.

At the zoo, there were different wild animals like lion, tigers, etc but these bears are the different breed. They eat plants, fruits, berries, roots, grasses, fishes and nuts. That is the reason I dared to get close to them.

I was standing far and watching these water birds, Flamingos. They live in saline lake usually near the sea. Lake was covered with beautiful aquatic plants and purple lotus.I was wondering why they were making an annoying sound. I went closer and closer. What I saw, was readily made me sad.

I was chasing elephants sounds which I saw then down near the river, there were a few, I found this place more peaceful than other areas. The biggest one on the right is African bush elephant. And the smaller one is African forest elephant.

This part was a great attraction, particularly for my daughter. As we reached I didn't notice that transparent huge aquarium, I bumped my head. There beautiful fishes and plants are kept and displayed.

Here is one of Lincoln County Zoo entrance. There was no map. Along with my trip, it was the only board I saw. Animals are well housed with facilities. Some of the wild ones are housed within the enclosure.

It was a great adventurous virtual trip, which my 4 years old daughter, Maneli joined me! I like this photo, chosen as the first photo, represents my first impression of the trip. As I step into beach I experienced an amazing journey, I didn't expect.

  1. Thanks for sharing! Very interesting experience.

I hope Secondlife introduce a new era by connecting cyber & physics.

A wide range of smart sensors and innovations such as Augmented Reality and the lovely Pokemon game can be integrated through IoT and make it more tangible!
